Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for your item, and the funds received are immediately allocated toward supporting the ministry, outreach efforts, crusade events, and related operational needs. In many ways, each purchase serves not only as merchandise, but also as a direct contribution helping advance the mission and work of the ministry.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse or changed decisions after purchase

• Accidental orders

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if the manufacturer or fulfillment provider is clearly at fault, such as:

• Receiving the wrong item

• Misprinted or defective products

• Damaged items caused during manufacturing

If there is a manufacturing issue, proof must be provided within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, including clear photos of the item received.

2. Your product is custom printed and prepared

3. Your package is then shipped after fulfillment is complete
